USEFUL INFORMATION
I have always loved Dobermans since I was a child. I however never owned one until 1990. My husband, Roy,
purchased a red female for my birthday and I have never had such joy from a dog until then. The fates were unkind
to me and took her from me. She developed cancer and I loved her so much that I would not watch her suffer. I made
the heartbreaking decision to have her put to sleep with her head in my arms. I missed her so much that I had to have
another doberman, not to replace my Queenie, but to honor her memory. I was also determined not to ever be without
a doberman again, so in time I decided to breed a litter. They were such joy. Others must have thought so too. I soon
had to start a waiting list. One female turned into 2 females very quickly and I then realized I had discovered my true
passion. My kennel has grown since then and so has my joy. I always get pick of the litter if I desire. Roy wasn't sure
about this venture but when he got hooked on miniature pinschers, and we added them to our canine family, he has
changed his mind. The miniature pinschers have had great luck with his "training".
